Asparagus with Black Olives and Goat Cheese
serves 4
Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh asparagus
- kalamata olives, pitted and chopped
- goat cheese, crumbled
- fresh basil, chopped
Instructions
- Coat the asparagus with olive oil, then roast.
- Plate, garnish with the olives, cheese and basil, and serve.
